It is obvious the Upper twp Engineer needs to go back to school and study ocean currents and how to control them.He jumps on the Army corp bandwagon ideas of beach replenishment and destruction of offshore sand lumps .As long as there is beach replenishment with nothing to control currents or hold sand the Army Corp has a lifetime benefit of our tax dollars.Jetty our inlets on both sides and watch beaches grow.
