It is bad enough that a house is being built on a property that has been declared a total dune by the EPA for the past 30 years, but to allow it to be built during the summer season is a disgrace. The constant pounding and the blocking of 77th street is an insult to residents and vacationers who are spending thousands of dollars for a peaceful vacation. Sea Isle, stop the building from June thru August, be respectful.
