I’m a small business owner approaching retirement. My net worth is in the low seven figures. Only about 15% of that is readily accessible as cash, and if I were to access it I’d have to surrender about 20 percent of that to taxes. Net worth has little to do with liquidity. One issue I’ve not heard anyone raise is the likelihood that any entity that helps Trump will very likely be a target of DOJ investigations. There’s the real damage done by weaponizing the justice system. It turns a the entire country into a banana republic. Scary
