I’m not sure if the city has five year olds doing their concrete work but that patch on 80th St. in front of the city building is really bad. If you thought the piece they replace was a tripping hazard before, now it’s 10 times worse. I’m not sure who’s in charge over there but he should tell his employees to take a little more pride in their work
