I was leaving early on my check out date and had a borrowed wheelchair from the recreation department so I dropped it off at 6:00am. To my dismay I saw on a Facebook post that an employee put up a rude comment about me. The city should have some type of rule about employees posting on Facebook as a representative of the city.
