I think someone else mentioned this but I have to support the comment City did nice job adding the rocks along north Central Av and to 29th st to prevent flooding . They did nothing to get rid of weeds growing thru the rocks which has destroyed the nice job with rocks . How much would it cost to add something to prevent the weeds ?
