I think a call to the State ABC would help clarify their membership rules and serving of alcohol(to non members). I fully respect the true veterans and their family, but as a veteran and a member, we now have "regulars"- town drunks who never served nor did their parents serve living in bar stools due to the fact that the town's "regular" bars have closed or been demolished that these locals seem to think they belong here. And VFW's wonder why their membership is diminishing.
