I regards to the spout about grills please read the ordinance you are allowed to have grills on decks but not on multiple dwellings. That does not mean side by side or duplex’s it means three or more units. So if you want the ordinance to change I recommend you go to a council meeting and request a change other wise learn the facts before you spout.
