I just read an article that said Sea Isle City is recognized as one of best cities dealing with flood control..Where has this author been,clearly he isn't in Sea Isle during New and Full moons when city is under water in most areas,nor is he in Sea Isle during a Nor'easter. However the city does have warning lights when roads flood for those that can't see the roads when flooded.A once Great shore city is now a joke
