I just googled turf to mitigate hot surfaces and boom, Perfect Turf comes up. It's a synthetic turf that allows for cooling elements to help beat the heat. Why can't anyone in SIC look into something like this? Is there a white paint that can be applied to the black rubber matting? I know they have a product like that for roofing. If you can't think outside of the box, maybe it's time to find someone who can.
