I just don’t understand the city’s new policy on events. We can’t have the polar bear plunge, but the police/ambulance/lifeguards are all ready to help with people - those are city resources. We can have a parade where police/fire/rescue/public works all are being used - isn’t this the same thing?? Bring back the polar plunge.
