I had a blast at Sea Isle City's Polar Bear Plunge; another successful year. But I was very concerned when I took some trash to the public works building, saw a guy with a dog talking to the workers and saw him walk inside, so I'm assuming he works there, but when he lifted his arm I couldn't believe my eyes, he was carrying a gun. Not sure why he had his gun on him in a city building. The bosses there need to get it together over there.
