I don’t understand how the business administrator or the director of public Works does nothing about an employee in the trash department . He literally drives around and does nothing on a daily basis. He is seen parked at the end of different streets, just sitting there playing on his phone while all the other public works employees are hard at work. This is ridiculous and something needs to be done. He is allowed to take off multiple weeks for vacations throughout the year when other people are giving a hard time when they ask for off.
