I can remember as a little girl my mother would tell the story how a person of different color would come to her vacay house from N.Y. My mother said she would take care of my sister when she was a baby and would help my mother! My Mom always said that she was so special to her! My Mom said that her son was her playmate when she was little! My Mom said no color was ever mentioned that they were truly special neighbors! I always think of this special story and the bond my Mom had with this fam! The granddaughter would visit my Mom! What beautiful memories my Mom had of this fam!
