I am confused by the City of Sea Isle's administrative practices. How can a business administrator working for both Sea Isle and Ocean City, which is known as double dipping where I am from, effectively manage two municipalities? Why do they turn a blind eye to problems, assuming others have them covered, when in reality they do not? How can Sea Isle run smoothly when its workers have not had a contract in over a year, yet the city can afford new equipment and vehicles? What has happened to the principles of union ethics?
