I agree with the spouter about the bars being open long hours when they would have had Polar Bear Plunge. It only benefits those establishments. So it continues. It will never end. A Politician owns one and so do many other Chamber of Commerce members. They have made it this way all year long . It's no Treasure by the Sea anymore.
