Hypocrites? Don’t put your trash cans out without lids, we will ticket you. But the city puts out these horrible looking tin cans with no lids. How embarrassing! They used to have nice hard plastic trash cans with lids. Who is making these decisions at Public Works. The promenade is sad with these cans.
