Hello home owners. Please be advised it is time to start increasing the prices on your homes. Out West, as people started to raise the prices of their homes, people ran to start buying. I raised the price of my home by $10,000. I had four people look at it the next week. I then raised it another $10,000 and I had two offers. I consider my home as sold. If people see that homes are going up with these interest rates, they will run to buy. Please stop listening to your realtor about lowering the price of your home. They are just out to make a buck.
