Good point by the Spouter who brought up how Ocean City has beautiful landscaping around their pumping stations to obscure their unsightliness. Sea Isle should consider making similar landscaping improvements! Trees could be planted on the outside of the fences by the Water Tower and other utility infrastructure downtown. This minimal expenditure would make the area look much better and less unsightly!
