A few months ago I predicted that the local real estate brokers would put up roadblocks to prevent owners and renters from terminating lease agreements this summer so they could retain their fees for the rental. I was hoping I would be wrong but renters are trying to contact owners and owners trying to reach renters to dissolve rental agreements BUT the real estate agents are not cooperating .It is apparently not all brokers but enough that people are talking.
