The fact is it was suggested that a carport type enclosure be installed to protect it from the weather and that wasn’t a priority for the city leaders. Second fact , there was absolutely nothing wrong with the boat or its operation . The boat almost sank and was completely repaired once and it was done the right way thanks to the men who did the work. Thank you
