As evident in the SPOUTS, this town has more pressing issues than dogs on the bech. We have fire hazrds on decks (grills), employees with no contract, a monster sign, vacant lots and buildings, too little parking, too many Italian eateries, no steak house, too many people dumping pool chemicals, no commuity pool, nd lifeguards being kind to older ladies. Sheesh, enough about the dogs!
