To everyone spouting about the memorial benches in Sea Isle. Yes the program ended and yes people are putting up new benches that are NOT supposed to be put on the boardwalk. It they want the benches put them on their properties. Because if someone gets hurt on one of these benches the city (those paying taxes) will be the ones being sued not those that illegally put the benches in the promenade.
