Sea Isle City/County Council regarding how employees who do not have to clock in and clock out. So who is the keeper of there hours. Sick, Personal, Vacay and especially Comp time. These employees can say any hours. Is this fair to the employee that clocks in and clocks out. This needs to be addressed. Adm Management P.D. do not have to clock in and they turn in there own hours. Who is over seeing them. No one. The Politician has failed us. This is your Taxpayers money at its finest. Insist that everyone CLOCKS in and out.
