the Community Center will cost every Sea Isle taxpayer at least an additional 100.00 per year ( at least based on the value of your house).Why should we ALL pay for a facility that will be underutilized by a minority of winter residents .( do you really think summer vacationers ,who pay no taxes by the way,will come to Sea Isle and spend their time INSIDE a building?) Why is the Mayor and Council forging ahead against the wishes of the community?
