The business administrator and the mayor failed miserably on Monday (Jan. 6).. The snow started at 4 AM but you had your employees come into City Hall to start the day at 8:30 am. Numerous businesses and restaurants, supermarkets were closed, but you two make this decision. You finally let them go home at 1 o’clock. By then there was over 6 inches of snow. The roads were treacherous.
