You elected to build and buy on a barrier island .Barrier island sand move yearly Build on a barrier island close to water line you are doomed for disaster at some point. Barrier islands are protection for main land . But Real Estate people and politicians aren’t smart enough to understand our wonderful ocean but will take our tax dollars to pump sand thinking it is protection for South Jersey every year.
