The architectural renderings depicting what the new Ludlam boutique hotel project will look like leave much to be desired. That lot has such great potential, but the renderings reveal not much more than a big box and asphalt parking lot lacking any real distinctiveness or character. Perhaps this is due to the lot's dimensions and the zoning code. Nonetheless it will be nice to see the lot developed, and I wish the developer great success and the best of luck. I hope the project ends up being a value-add to our town's main corridor and incorporates some sidewalk trees & landscaping features.
