Along the coast all the City's should pass an Ordinance to have control over the Promenade, Boardwalks! To control the teens! What do they idolize, yes you guessed it! There phones so if anyone is out of control they surrender their phones to the P.D. To straighten them out it's Mom and Dad who should be doing Community service, for there children you guessed it! No more probs! Yes it will cost Mom and Dad for their children's actions!
