Almost tourist season again. We will be inundated by bicyclists who have no idea that they do not have the right of way, and we can watch the police ignore bicycle violations all day. Yes, I do believe in 'sharing the road," but bikes have to follow the rules, the same as cars, and I get sick and tired of near misses. Bikes don't have the right of way at crosswalks, unless they are being walked across, but, heaven forbid if I run one of these folks down, I'll be sued for every nickle I have. Let's see some enforcement and education this summer.
