Sea Isle City agree with the spouter regarding the Zoo charge non residents who are not Tax Payers an increase in Cape May County. Agree if we pay taxes why are we paying for increased fees let the outsiders pay. It's the same in S.I.C. We as Taxpayers are allowing our neighbors who live offshore free for everything.
