The 75th street beach dune was loaded with empty alcohol cans and a bike was thrown into the dune, breaking the fence. I got a trash bag from home and returned to clean up. I saw a public works employee in a truck at the entrance and informed him of the trash. His response was he did not see it and he's only there to pick up the blue can.
