Rio Grande - Why do I get the impression that all the talk about supporting the police has taken on racial overtones? People living in urban areas, rightly or wrongly, distrust cops, and police obviously need additional training in dealing with suspicious residents. Those going through the academy need additional sensitivity training in dealing with young people in urban areas, and it is still not happening.
