Rio Grande - Why didn’t the Obama Administration make sure we were prepared for another epidemic? It’s absolutely disgraceful that they failed to do so. We can’t blame Trump for something he wasn’t even aware of. Thankfully the president has responded the way he has. He has also promised to make sure our country isn’t so unprepared for future epidemics, which are almost certain.
