Who else can't get "On Demand" to work on the cable?

Rio Grande - Who else can't get "On Demand" to work on the cable? Have tried their fixes... nothing. Tried a "callback," and got transferred to advanced tech when the woman couldn't get any results. Transfer wanted the "nine-digit service order number" which I did not have. How do you get help?
