Rio Grande - What is up with stores allowing pets (not service dogs)? I was at a grocery store Nov. 2, and two dogs were barking at each other by the pharmacy area. These pets are walked all through the store where we buy our food. Isn't there a health department law? What is wrong with these people who think their pets are above the law?
