Rio Grande - What little I know about West Wildwood I find it interesting how permanent residents oppose a civic group that merely exercises the idea of checks and balances. Spouts suggest that this group is causing problems and harming the borough. A recent Spout calls second homeowners "weekenders" like they should have no say in the governing of the town. To my knowledge these weekenders pay taxes, no checks, no balances. Transparency is good for all.
