Rio Grande - What is it going to take to fix the streets between 1st and 4th streets in Rio Grande? The patch jobs are so bumpy, there are craters that are always filled with water and mosquitos, not to mention the manhole covers that are above the street level. This whole area has been forgotten for too long. We pay high taxes and get little in return. Drive through and see for yourself.
