Went to the only addiction treatment facility in town the other

Rio Grande - Went to the only addiction treatment facility in town the other day, and was turned down! I had the money and was ready to pay my fee, and was told this was not the program for me! I take responsibility for my problem, but want to change it now! How can it be that the only place capable of providing real, immediate help can say no? I have talked to others who were told no also. Exactly where do I go to get help now?
