Rio Grande - There is a man illegally bringing homeless to different properties around Rio Grande. He’s giving them tents and sleeping bags. I was in my backyard and found tons of trash and old fires. Why hasn’t this guy been arrested yet? you can’t bring people onto others property without their permission.
