Taxes that are redundant, numerous user fees and more regulations each year. Jersey's economy is stagnant at best, and 4,000 citizens a month are leaving for better prospects and better economic prosperity. Now is the time to consider consolidation of schools, police, towns, and more shared services. Reform state pensions. Change or the state will be bankrupt.
