Rio Grande - Sounds like the boardwalks along our shore are losing their civility because of our children having no consequences for their actions. The police hands are tied because our state govt has passed decrees that for underage drinking, drugs, curfew violations are not to be prosecuted. They can only give them a ticket. You can’t notify their parents .There is an answer to this problem. The State Govt should get out of the way and let the local jurisdictions handle this problem. Just another example of govt overstepping their authority in local matters.
