Rio Grande - Shannon Oaks in Rio Grande is a great neighborhood. The residents have respect for their neighbors, are quiet, considerate, friendly, hard-working people. Except for a rental property near the front entrance. There is a small rancher with six to eight vehicles parked there on the street and on the front lawn. The cars are there day and night so they don't work. They also own three to four mean Pit bulls that they chain out front.
