Committee already blundered by allowing the low income housing development (in an area that has mostly seasonal jobs), giving the developer a PILOT where residents don't contribute to the tax base, and not fighting to get the year round trailer parks to meet the COAH requirements. Explore relocating the homeless and indigent to areas where there are year round jobs. "Idle hands are the devil's plaything."
