Rio Grande - Pet lovers who feel the need to bring their pet shopping in Rio Grande should be ashamed. These are not service dogs. These are pampered pets. I came out of a store recently only to find two large piles of dog poop in the grassy area in front of the store, and another pet lover allowing her pet to urinate on the flowers. This is a shopping area for people, not a bathroom for pets. Keep pets at home in a safe and comfortable setting.
