Rio Grande - People, you bring down the community with your pit bulls running loose, your kids screaming all the time, your trash cans rolling around the street, trash blowing in the wind, yards unkempt, weeds a mile high, and small liquor bottles tossed on the side of the road (who's supposed to pick all that up?). Property values have dropped because they bring our community down. Shame on the homeowners who rent their house.
