Rio Grande - ObamaCare is penalizing the income tax returns of those poor individuals who can't afford the cheapest plan. However, I know this is just a gimmick to take away the earned income credit from those hardworking people at the bottom of society. That's one less thing I have to look forward to in my miserable, poverty stricken life.
