Rio Grande - No more "stop, look and listen" at the railroad crossing on Rt. 47 in Rio Grande. Recently, "EXEMPT" signs were placed on the crossing poles. This means that school buses, fuel trucks and others required to stop won't need to stop for a non-operating railroad.
