Rio Grande - To my disgruntled neighbor in Centennial Village who does not like me walking my dog past her house. After our little "discussion" the other day, I called Middle Township Police Department. The nice sergeant confirmed for me that the entire sidewalk and the grass area next to the street is owned by the township, and I legally can walk my dog on township property, as long as he is on a leash, and I pick up after his mess (which I do). If you, however, were to carry out your threat to throw your dogs' feces on my lawn, that would be considered harassment, and I was instructed to call the police.
