Rio Grande - Liberals want reduction/elimination of police. They claim that social workers should be called in instead because most calls, they claim, are social problems. There are several homeless encampments in Philadelphia where mayor Jim Kenney has told them to vacate 3 times. Each was to be their “final warning”. They refused. Homeless advocates and clergy have tried to intervene to no avail. This is the perfect opportunity to test liberals‘ theory. Police should refuse to enforce Kenny’s order. Let’s see how this works out.
